The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach, which makes it convenient for those who enjoy spending time by the sea. there are plenty of shops and amenities nearby, with a market on Saturdays, allowing guests to explore and experience the local culture.

It is sad to see all hotels in Turkey suffering due to the conflicts in the area, which can impact the overall atmosphere and experience.

This hotel gave us a luxurious and unforgettable experience. the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun loungers, beach access and live entertainment exceeded our expectations. the service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of variety in the buffet breakfast. the lunch and dinner options made up for it with delicious choices of local and international cuisine.

The beach was conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the outdoor pool was beautiful and well-maintained. It was nice to have a variety of food options available at each meal, and the drinks were refreshing.

Some of the staff did not speak fluent English, making communication difficult. the decor was outdated and could use some sprucing up.

The hotel is located in a prime location with easy access to local shopping areas, which is great for tourists looking to explore the local culture. Another plus point is the free Wi-Fi provided throughout the hotel.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired with uninterested staff who are not very welcoming and seem to lack training. The rooms are uncomfortable, with poor air conditioning, hard beds, and thin pillows.
